Our story

I’m Bethany, nice to meet you! Lavender & Brie was born during the pandemic of 2020, when I was stuck at home with 2 toddlers and my husband, looking for a creative outlet. I started making cheese and snack boards for my family and people in my “pod” and I fell in love with it!

As a painter by trade, I love using the board as a canvas, creating beautiful compositions with bright colours, varied textures, and bringing nature into the mix. As someone who loves hosting parties and creating an experience for guests that indulges the senses (especially sight and taste), I understand the importance of having every detail carefully planned and executed for a successful event.

In my free time, I love painting, exploring new cities with my family, watching movies, and creating new things in the kitchen.
